As our work is custom made to order we unfortunately are unable to refund your purchase for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product please take pictures of the damage when you receive it with it's packaging. Send us an email within ten (10) days with the photos, details of the damage and your order number and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement. We will email you within 7 days to confirm whether the replacement has been approved.
Please note that Hummingbird Creations are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
